Bicycle Accidents / Crashes
Every year scores of bicycle riders are injured in crashes with motor vehicles. The Florida Legislature recently passed a law requiring motor vehicles to maintain a distance of at least 3 feet when passing a bicycle. There are other laws that provide protection to bicyclists.
